Container app

Application for separating an encrypted area on a smart device

A container app is a mobile application installed on a smartphone or tablet intended for both business and private use (“COPE“) . The container app separates a protected area (container) on the mobile device and is usually administered by IT.

The goal is IT compliance of the end device in terms of data security and data protection.
