Is the theft or loss of a device insured?
The theft or loss of Everphone devices is not covered by insurance.
Our devices are insured against defects and damages.
Please report the loss of a device in the portal.
To do so, go to → Rentals → Device → Rental details and click on “Device Lost/Stolen”.
We will send a replacement device.
