    1. Website Visitors

1.1 Automatically Collected Data (Server Log Files)

To operate our website and provide our services, we process automatically collected information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us:

    • IP address of your device (in anonymised form)
    • Device data, i.e. operating system, browser type and browser version
    • The so-called referrer URL, i.e. the address you visited immediately before
    • Amount of data transferred
    • Notification of successful retrieval (HTTP response code)
    • Websites accessed by the user's system via our website
    • The user's internet service provider
    • The host name of the accessing device
    • Time and date of the server request

This data is processed during an informational visit in order to enable you to access the web pages you have requested and to ensure the security and stability of our website. This is done to enable you to use the web pages you have accessed and to monitor whether our websites are displayed optimally for you.

    2. Use of Analytics Tools

2.1 Data Processing by Google Analytics

Based on your consent, Everphone uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland.

Google Analytics also uses so-called "cookies". These are text files stored on your computer that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is usually transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA.

By using Google's IP anonymisation on the website, your IP address is truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.

On behalf of the website operator, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however, please note that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of the website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

We use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. We use the statistics obtained to optimise our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user.

From this data, Contentsquare produces session recordings and so-called heatmaps on our behalf. Contentsquare uses cookies for this purpose.

We use Contentsquare to understand where our website is hard to follow, and to improve it accordingly. We evaluate the recordings to improve the website; we do not use them to identify or assess individual people.
