With the release of its 2024 CSR report, Everphone once again provides a transparent overview of how sustainability is embedded in our business and continuously evolving. Now in its third edition, the report outlines our achievements, ongoing challenges, and specific actions toward a more responsible and circular economy.

Smarter work—for people and the planet

At the core of the report is our mission to make business mobile devices more sustainable through our Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) model. In 2024, over 86,000 devices were returned—with 99% refurbished and reused. That’s a major contribution to reducing both emissions and e-waste.

Transparency and accountability

A key highlight this year: Everphone received an EcoVadis silver medal for its ESG efforts—placing us among the top 25% of rated companies worldwide. We’ve also expanded our carbon footprint tracking across our entire value chain for greater accuracy and impact.

People at the center

Sustainability is not just environmental. We also advanced our efforts around diversity, equity, and inclusion—with internal mentoring programs, active employee resource groups, and a growing share of women in leadership.

Stronger together

“We believe progress comes from partnership,” writes CFO Veronika von Heise-Rotenburg in the foreword. That’s why we actively collaborate with Circularity e. V., the UN Global Compact, the Charta der Vielfalt, and more—to set standards and drive change across the industry.
