Dr. Andreas Günther joins Everphone as new COO

Berlin, February 5, 2026 | Everphone is setting the stage for continued profitable growth by appointing Dr. Andreas Günther as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Effective immediately, Andreas takes over overall operational responsibility and joins the leadership team of the Device-as-a-Service pioneer as Co-Managing Director.

Andreas brings extensive experience in managing and scaling digital business models, as well as in the sustainable development of growing organizations. He served as CEO of 123fahrschule, being responsible for the scaling of the business. At the logistics-tech scale-up JUMiNGO, he steered the company toward sustainable, profitable growth as Managing Director. He also successfully led the mobile phone division at CHECK24.

The strategy expert, who holds a PhD, began his career at the management consultancy Bain & Company. Over nine years, he advised large international corporations across various sectors, including telecommunications and industrial.

At Everphone, Andreas will focus on expanding operational structures and processes while overseeing cross-departmental strategic projects. His goal is to further scale the platform following the achievement of €100 million in revenue in 2025.

As part of this reorganization, Andreas takes over the role from Mehmet Isik. Going forward, Mehmet will work alongside founder Jan Dzulko as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), leading sales and international expansion.
