    What is a device upgrade?

At Everphone, you can rent smartphones and tablets in different price ranges and with different features. In principle, we consider an "upgrade" to be the change of the current rental device to a higher-quality one, for example, the change from an iPhone 13 to an iPhone 14.

    Upgrade via employee co-payment

Some companies only want to spend a certain amount on a mobile device, which should not be exceeded. If an employee nevertheless wants a better, newer or better-equipped model, he or she can also make a small financial contribution ("employee co-payment") to the device rental.

We call this co-payment approach "Choose Your Own Device". The costs for the company remain stable, while productivity and employee satisfaction still increase. The upgrade via employee co-payment is done in stages, as in the following example portfolio.
