What happens after you order
Ready to use

- 2We ship the devices unconfigured.
- 3Your team switches them on and sets them up.
Managed by everphone
- 1You order and pick "Managed by everphone".
- 2We set up your environment and ask for the email addresses of the people getting a device.
- 3Each person receives an invitation by email.
- 4They tap it, and the device sets itself up.
Use my own system
- 1You order and give us your Apple Business Manager or Samsung Knox ID.
- 2We send you our reseller IDs.
- 3You add them to your account once, which takes about 2 minutes.
- 4We register the devices to your account before shipping.
What "Managed by everphone" includes
One standard setup, the same for every company, at 3.00 € per device per month.
- A separate work area on the device, kept apart from private data.
- An approved set of standard office apps, ready to use.
- Remote wipe of the work area if a device is lost.
- Setup by email invitation, with no work for your IT.
- Missing apps added to the set on request.
