Everphone MDM, no own system needed

Popular

We provide the MDM, you don't need your own system. The devices are enrolled in it and arrive ready to use: security rules such as passcode and updates, plus on phones and tablets separate work and private data and an approved set of apps. Managing an existing MDM or custom policies is not included.

Use my own MDM

Already manage your own devices? Give us your Apple Business Manager or Samsung Knox ID and we link the devices to your account before we send them. You keep managing them yourself.

Best if you already use Intune, Jamf or similar.

  2. 2You give us the name and email address of each employee getting a device.
  3. 3You place the order.
  4. 4Each person receives an invitation by email.
  5. 5They tap it, and the device sets itself up.

Use my own MDM

  1. 1You pick "Use my own MDM".
  2. 2You place the order.
  3. 3We email you a step-by-step guide.
  4. 4You or your IT provider follow it and give us your Apple Business Manager or Samsung Knox ID.
  5. 5We register the devices to your account before shipping.

What "Everphone MDM" includes

One standard setup on our MDM, the same for every company, at 3.00 € per device per month. Managing an existing MDM or custom policies is not included.

  • A separate work area on the device, kept apart from private data.
  • An approved set of standard office apps, ready to use.
  • Remote wipe of the work area if a device is lost.
  • Setup by email invitation, with no work for your IT.
  • Missing apps added to the set on request.
