To achieve this, we use our interface as the central hub for device data, user data, and ITSM workflows. Our API connects to your existing systems and automatically processes tasks—relieving HR, IT, and procurement teams in the long term.

With Device as a Service, we completely relieve your procurement team from having to buy or lease mobile devices. From now on, a few clicks in our portal, a list upload—or a direct trigger from your ITSM system—is all it takes. We then take care of procuring smartphones, tablets, or laptops. Asset management
Who has which device and which phone number? DaaS from Everphone gives you real-time insights into device and user data like IMEI, serial number, and tariff details.
Data deletion & audit trail
Returned devices are irreversibly wiped. Storage elements are overwritten multiple times. Our method complies with all legal standards. A certificate is generated for every deletion.
