How much is the device exchange?
Replacement devices are free of charge in the event of a defect.
Which damages are covered?
We cover all damages that are not caused intentionally.
How long does it take to exchange a broken device?
In the event of damage, we will promptly ship your replacement unit.
What happens if a device is broken?
Report the damage to Everphone. We’ll dispatch a new device right away.
How are co-payments made?
Co-payments can be made from net or gross salary.
