If a device is lost, IT can lock and wipe this container, preventing unauthorized access. IT security requirements (password enforcement, patches, OS updates) are centrally managed and cannot be bypassed by users. The costs for our rental devices are fully transparent, making budget planning much easier. Monthly rental rates already include replacement of defective devices: if a device breaks, we replace it promptly without case review. Since no additional costs arise, no approvals are required: users can easily handle these tasks themselves via our user-friendly web portal. This not only further relieves IT support but also greatly simplifies budget planning. When employees leave the company, rentals can simply be terminated and devices returned.
