Is the theft or loss of a device insured?

The theft or loss of Everphone devices is not covered by insurance.
Our devices are insured against defects and damages.


Please report the loss of a device in the portal.

To do so, go to โ†’ Rentals โ†’ Device โ†’ Rental details and click on โ€œDevice Lost/Stolenโ€.

We will send a replacement device.
