As Chief Operations Officer, he will continue to lead the Operations division while also taking on broader strategic responsibilities within the management board.

Before joining Everphone, Mehmet worked at Ernst & Young (EY) as a Manager in the Financial Services Advisory unit, where he specialized in performance improvement projects for large enterprise clients.

“I’m honored to take on this new responsibility and to continue shaping Everphone’s operational excellence.

Over the past years, we’ve built a scalable foundation that enables us to support enterprises of all sizes—and I’m excited to keep driving that growth forward with our fantastic team,” says Isik.

“With Mehmet joining the management board, we’re strengthening the operational backbone of Everphone,” says Jan Dzulko, CEO and founder of Everphone. “Mehmet combines deep process expertise with a clear understanding of what it takes to scale a service business. His appointment reflects the critical role he played and plays in delivering on our promise of reliable, scalable, and user-centric device provisioning.”
