FAQ

What happens if a device is broken?

Broken device? Not a problem.
Damages can be reported in the Everphone portal by the given user or admin. We’ll then send an exchange device directly to the user in no time. No questions asked, no red tape, no costs incurred–it’s part of our service.

Users can transfer their data from the old to the new device. Everphone will provide a shipping label and packaging for the return of the broken device.
