FAQ
As an admin, can I restrict upgrades?
Can I restrict access rights for employees to repairs?
Yes.
If, for policy reasons, you do not want employees to independently upgrade their company cell phones (for example, from an iPhone to an iPhone Pro), this function can be hidden in the Everphone customer portal.
Your employees can then still report defective devices in the customer portal, for example, and initiate the free repair or replacement, but can no longer independently change the phone model.
